超高壓大(dà)口徑氣動球閥是氣動執行器的一(yī)種新産品，它具有新(xīn)穎獨特的結構和(hé)專門的控(kòng)制系統設計，它與氣控或電控組合儀表(biǎo)配套，廣泛地應(yīng)用于(yú)冶金、礦山、石油(yóu)、化工、電(diàn)力、輕工、船舶等工業部門和自動化控(kòng)制系統中，适用于氣(qì)體、液體或含有懸浮顆粒流體的流量控制或(huò)切斷。它能适應模拟量或開關(guān)量兩種信号控制(zhì)，實現快速開關動(dòng)作。具有流阻小，開關迅速、啟閉(bì)靈活(huó)、壽命長，安全可靠等優點。
The pneumatic ball valve made by CHV is new designed, which has unusual construction,and special control system. It can be combined with pneumatic or electric instrument panel. Wide used in metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical plant, electric power, light industry, shipyard,etc. Suitable medium is gas, liquid, or flow mingled with solid impurity. It can control by two signals, one is simulation signal, and other one is quantum of opening.
㈠、超高壓大口徑氣動球閥安裝(zhuāng)要求
1．可在水平或垂直管(guǎn)道上安裝使用，不受(shòu)位置限制。
i. The valve can be installed on the pipe line in both level and vertical position.
2．安裝前必須對閥門内腔(qiāng)和密(mì)封面進行徹底清掃，不(bú)允許有污物粘附，并檢查運輸過程中有無損壞(huài)。
ii. Before installation, check the valve, and clear inside and RF surface.
3．安裝前要徹底(dǐ)清掃管道中的(de)污物和焊渣。
iii. Flange connection bolting must be screw down equally.
4．法蘭連接螺栓應對稱均勻擰緊。
iv. Make a clean sweep of dust and weld sinter inside the pipe line.
5．安裝時氣路管線應用壓縮空(kōng)氣吹掃幹淨，并檢(jiǎn)查接頭是否嚴密可靠。
v. For gas pipe line, must totally dry the pipe line before installation. And check the pipe fittings.
㈡、超高壓大口徑氣動球閥調試
輸入(rù)開關(guān)量信号，檢查動作時間和動作(zuò)方向是否符合使用要求。
Load the signal, and see if the valve action according to requirement.
㈢、超高壓大口(kǒu)徑氣動(dòng)球閥使用維護(hù)
1．應注(zhù)意使用的環境溫度(dù)為-25℃~+60℃相對濕度≤95%。
i. Installation temperature: Environment temperature: -25℃~+60℃, Relative humidity: ≤95%
2．氣動執行機構使用的(de)儀表空氣(qì)應穩定在0.4~0.7Mpa。氣源應經過除塵、脫水、除油(yóu)等淨化處理。
ii. Pressure of instrument air: 0.4~0.7MPa, the air flow must clean, dry and without oil.
3．檢修
iii. Examine and repair:
①．執行機構的維護保(bǎo)養(yǎng)見KG、KW型驅動器使用說明書。

②．球閥的(de)維護保(bǎo)養：
2. Ball Valve Maintenance:
本閥門适于安裝在野外（但儀表、附件例(lì)外）因(yīn)此不需要采取特殊的保養措施。
The valve can be installed out door (Besides instrument, and Accessories), so no need for maintenance.
㈣、超高壓大口徑氣動球閥可能出現的(de)故障及排除方法：
1、閥座密封滲漏：
a) Seats leak:
1．密(mì)封面有損傷或污物(wù)，必須重新修(xiū)整，清(qīng)洗密封面。
i. Dirty or hurt on seats, clean sealing surface first.
2．密封面變(biàn)形或失(shī)效時，更換密封圈(quān)。
ii. Distorted seats, must replace with new seats.
3．預緊力不夠(gòu)，增強彈簧力度。
iii. Tightness of bolting not enough, change the seat springs.
2、閥(fá)杆處密(mì)封滲漏：
b) Leakage on the Stem:
卸下操(cāo)作機(jī)構、更換O 型密封(fēng)圈。
Replace“O”ring.
3、中法蘭處滲漏：
c) Leakage on the body seal position:
更換O 型密(mì)封圈。
Replace“O”ring.
